Breathwork Ceremonies

Enter a guided ceremonial space where breath becomes a pathway to release, renewal, and expanded awareness. These immersive group experiences are designed to gently guide your system out of stress mode and into a state where your body, mind, and consciousness can naturally reset.

Through intentional breathing, curated music, and supportive facilitation, stagnant energy begins to move, emotional layers soften, and new clarity can emerge. Many participants experience breathwork as deeply transformative — sometimes as powerful as profound inner journeying practices — yet fully guided and grounded throughout.

Session Options & Support Styles

Private 1:1 sessions offer the highest level of personalized support, attunement, and spaciousness. In this intimate setting, your experience is guided entirely at your pace, allowing for deeper nervous system regulation, emotional release, and focused inner exploration with devoted one-on-one presence.

Small group sessions create a supportive collective field where shared intention amplifies the experience, allowing each participant to receive exactly what their system is ready for. The group container often deepens insight, connection, and expansion through the resonance of shared energy and intention.

Each ceremony unfolds in a carefully held arc:

• Opening grounding and intention setting
• Guided breathwork journey with 30 minutes of curated music to activate and move energy
• Optional hands-on support for those who desire it
• 30 minutes of integration and rest, gently supported by softer music

Our breathwork ceremonies are experienced through wireless silent headphones, creating a private inner sanctuary within the shared group space. This signature approach allows you to receive guidance and music in a deeply immersive way, supporting focus, comfort, and a more intimate journey.

Private breathwork ceremonies are held in person at The Cosmic Room in Mount Shasta, California, or online when appropriate for the modality.

Begin your journey with 30 minutes of Unconditional Love frequency on our luxury VibroAcoustic Sound Lounge — an immersive sensory experience that gently softens the nervous system and prepares you for deeper inner work. 

This optional immersion allows you to fully settle, release tension, and attune to the frequency of Unconditional Love, creating a spacious and supportive foundation for a profoundly restorative experience.

Laurie is a certified Breathwork Practitioner through Pause Breathwork, guiding a continuous circular breathing method often referred to in other traditions as Rebirthing breath, along with supportive techniques such as triphasic and box breathing. She has been facilitating transformational breathwork experiences since March 2024 in both private and small group ceremonial settings.

Because these experiences can work deeply with the body, breath, and altered states of awareness, certain sessions may not be suitable for individuals with specific medical conditions. Guidance is always offered to ensure the experience is supportive, safe, and aligned for you.
