The Cosmic Room offers in house and nature-based, educational, contemplative, mindfulness, breathwork, sound, and wellness experiences intended for personal exploration and general well-being. These services are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other licensed healthcare services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

Participation in all activities is voluntary. Participants are responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for them and for communicating any physical limitations, health considerations, allergies, injuries, or other circumstances that may affect their ability to participate safely. Participants are responsible for their own medications, medical devices, appropriate clothing and footwear, food, water, and personal necessities.

Outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including changing weather, uneven terrain, elevation, wildlife, natural hazards, limited cellular service, and delayed access to emergency assistance. Routes, destinations, activities, and schedules may be modified or cancelled when conditions warrant.

The Cosmic Room does not provide or arrange transportation to or from guided activity locations. Participants are responsible for their own transportation.

This business operates under special use permit with the Shasta‐Trinity National Forest.
