Private, personalized group experiences can be offered ceremonially or in a more straightforward format, tailored to the interests and comfort level of your group. 

These experiences are designed for 2-8 vacationers, retreat groups, or family/friends and range from 90 minutes to 2 hours. The length is customized based on the group and the selected offering. A shorter experience does not necessarily mean a less meaningful one, as each gathering is thoughtfully crafted to create a rich and memorable journey.

**Conscious Connected Breathwork Ceremony**  

An immersive breathwork ceremony featuring wireless headsets, guided conscious connected breathing, live sound integration, and optional group sharing.

I help people access healing, self-discovery, and spiritual growth through expanded states of awareness. Through ceremony, breathwork, sound healing, past life regression, and Reiki, I create experiences that invite people to connect with deeper aspects of themselves, gain insight, release what no longer serves them, and awaken their own innate capacity for healing and transformation.

My work is informed not only by professional training, but by a lifetime of navigating grief, trauma, addiction, motherhood, loss, and profound personal transformation. I believe some of our deepest healing emerges when we feel safe enough to meet ourselves with honesty, compassion, and curiosity.

Laurie Light is a Reiki Master, Past Life Regression Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator, Sound Healer and Priestess of Avalon. She is dedicated to creating transformative experiences that support nervous system regulation, spiritual exploration, self-healing, and a deeper connection to the wisdom within.
