For your deepest comfort we provide cushioned floor mats, warm blankets, bolster, pillow and eye cover.

Begin with ceremonial cacao to gently open the heart and invite presence. Continue into guided breathwork to clear stagnant energy and regulate the nervous system. Then surrender into a deeply restorative sound bath of crystal bowls, gong, chimes, gentle drum, and intuitive Light Language transmission.

We begin with a grounding meditation and gentle energetic clearing to align the chakras, preparing your system to receive. From this centered and open state, you’ll be guided into a fully immersive sound ceremony designed to relax the nervous system, release tension, and restore inner harmony through layered vibrational tones and resonant instruments.

All ceremonies are private experiences held at The Cosmic Room in Mount Shasta, California, reserved exclusively for your group and thoughtfully tailored to your shared intention. 

No prior experience is needed — you will be gently guided throughout as the ceremony opens with grounding, orientation, and clear guidance for your journey.
